1. Who we are
Mechagora LLC (“Mechagora”, “we”, “us”) provides software and market tooling for agent trading workflows — dashboards, research views, alerts, portfolio analytics, authentication, agent controls, and integrations you choose to connect. The Service is a software platform.
- Not a broker-dealer. Mechagora is not registered as a broker-dealer and does not offer securities or other instruments for sale.
- Not an investment advisor. Mechagora does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, financial planning, or a fiduciary service.
- No custody. Mechagora does not hold, clear, or custody your funds or securities.
2. Who holds the account
When you connect a broker (today: BYOK / OAuth paths such as Alpaca, where enabled), your broker account remains with your broker. Execution, balances, fills, custody, and broker-side compliance are governed by your agreements with that broker and its clearing partners. Mechagora is not a party to your broker relationship.
- You control whether to connect a broker and which credentials or authorizations to supply.
- Broker API keys and connection metadata you supply in a BYOK path are processed only to provide the integrations you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Mechagora does not guarantee broker availability, order routing, or fill quality.
3. Not advice / not an offer
Nothing on the platform — including dashboards, chat, agent outputs, alerts, backtests, screens, or examples — is an offer to buy or sell securities or other instruments, a solicitation, or a recommendation of any trading strategy, security, or portfolio. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and compliance with applicable law.
- Any performance figures, charts, or historical results are for information only and are not guarantees of future results.
- Example strategies, screens, or agent suggestions are tools for your own research, not personalized investment advice.
4. Agents and automation
The Service may include autonomous or semi-autonomous agents, scripts, and automation. Agents can misread markets, misconfigure orders, loop, fail open, or act faster than a human can intervene. Automation does not remove your responsibility for outcomes, risk limits, or orders sent to your broker.
- Use pause/stop controls and broker-side risk limits where available.
- Open orders are not necessarily cancelled by agent pause/stop controls on the platform. Verify state in your broker.
- Paper or rehearsal agents are labeled and are not live execution.
5. Systems, latency, and outages
Online trading and agent control depend on networks, browsers, APIs, identity services, and third-party brokers. Outages, delays, rate limits, or partial failures may prevent you from viewing data, sending instructions, or stopping automation when you intend to. Availability is not guaranteed.
6. Market data
Market data, quotes, charts, signals, and analytics may come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Do not rely on platform displays as your sole source for time-sensitive trading decisions. Licensing and redistribution limits may apply.
7. Paper, preview, and simulation
Features labeled paper, preview, simulation, rehearsal, backtest, or similar terms are not live trading and do not move funds at your broker unless a separate, explicitly confirmed live action does so. Labels matter—treat unlabeled or ambiguous outputs as non-executable until you verify mode in the product and your broker.
8. Tax
Mechagora does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances. Consult your own advisors.
